Hiring - Class 1 & Class 3 Fluid Equipment Operators for steady, local oilfield
We’ve been in this business since 1981 and WE ARE STILL GROWING. Consider what we can offer YOU in this industry because Canada needs Alberta energy:
  • We pay competitive wages and cover a good portion of a very generous health benefit program for you (and family).
  • We cover the cost of safety courses, and all top-of-the-line safety gear is supplied to you.
  • We promote Labourers and Operators that demonstrate a good attitude and show aptitude to learn more by cross-training on other equipment.
  • We’ve created a community environment with family-friendly company events (2X a year) and support local sports and nonprofit organizations in the Lakeland.
  • We respect you as an employee, not as another number on the payroll system and encourage you to share your ideas and help innovate our work.
Sound good? This is what we are looking for:
  • You have pride in your work and our industry;
  • You want to run fully maintained, clean and modern equipment;
  • You want a work schedule and designated equipment to operate;
  • You might want options for both local and camp work;
  • You want to learn and advance in your career;
  • You like to get to know the people you work with and bring your family to free and fun events and feel connected to the company;
  • And you live in the Lakeland area, have reliable transportation and a clean, Class 3 or Class 1 license and want to get a good paycheck doing good work.
Want to meet?
