Pioneer Rentals & Sales (Pioneer Offroad Rentals) Bonnyville is looking to hire an additional experienced mechanic for light/medium duty trailer repairs. What you get to do:
  • Work with knuckle picker trucks;
  • Signal or verbally direct workers engaged in hoisting and moving loads, in order to ensure safety of workers and materials;
  • Test rigging to ensure safety and reliability;
Driving to and from client sites, and complete training to operate knuckle picker;
  • Tilt, dip and turn suspended loads to maneuver over, under and/or around obstacles, using multi-point suspension techniques;
  • Install ground rigging;
  • Align, level and anchor machinery;
  • Attach loads to rigging to provide support or prepare them for moving, using hand tools, power tools, hydraulic tools, mag drills etc.
  • Fabricate, set up and repair rigging, supporting structures, hoists and pulling gear, using hand and power tools;

What we’re looking for:
  • Must have Air Brakes Endorsement; or willing to obtain as part of employment
